Browsing Google Earth for latest updates, I found this satellite imagery quite interesting. These areas of interest is not visible from a higher altitude, but once you zoomed-in, it can be recognizable as a forest clearing scattered in many parts of the reserve.
The satellite imagery was taken over the vicinity of Virac, San Andres and Caramoran. There might be more interesting imagery once the map for Catanduanes is completed. But possibly that would take sometime because of heavy cloud cover in the eastern seaboard. Excessive cloud cover remains one of the biggest barriers to the widespread use of satellite imagery in the tropics.
